Team Tex is a French manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding and blow molding of child safety seats marketed under its brands Nania and Migo.
The company was founded by Yves Nania, a visionary in manufacturing, plastic production and automation with 40+ years of children’s car seats development experience. Mr Nania had successfully built Team Tex to become a global leader in its field.
Team Tex was recently acquired by German industrial holding group Mutares, headquartered in Munich and is currently led by CEO Markus Zillner.
As a vertically integrated company Team Tex retained its manufacturing capabilities in France and is subject to the rigorous controls of the French and European authorities, according to the latest R129 protocols. Its 16.000 m2 facility in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region near the city of Lyon has a production capacity of over 15.000 units per day.
Team Tex is a global leader in its industry with sales in over 56 countries.
