Since almost 60 years the Erbesi company is a specialist in totally “made in Italy” products as to furniture and coordinates for the children’s room.
“My father before me and I myself at present mainly focus on offering a quality product, safe and designed tastefully and innovatively, and at the same time comfortable functionality both for the children and their parents”, says Enrico Cantarutti, owner. “We gather the sensations and suggestions of the very many specialist retailers with whom we have been working and growing through many years, taking into consideration the needs of the new parents, ever more informed and exacting. We engage ourselves in researching design, colours, décors which cheer up the babies’ nights, paying attention to technology (for instance, products with LED light panels and chromotherapy), and we propose evolutionary products”.
Selling for many years in Italy and in several foreign countries, Erbesi knows very well what the market needs: “The Italian product maintains its great appeal”, states Cantarutti. “In particular areas there is appreciation for refined and carefully manufactured décors but everybody sees safety and quality as important while demand for a basic style and a functional use of the products is ever more increasing. Children’ rooms may be elegant and create a magical atmosphere but must also be practical and – in order to meet the sustainability requirements – must grow together with the babies so to avoid waste and to be durable. Especially Easy, transformable from cot to bed, fully represents this concept as it becomes a 200 x 90 cm bed with bedside table and writing desk. Evolution and Sweet, the latest new products from the 2024 catalogue, are used as cradles during the baby’s early months, and also as co-sleepers and cots for up to 4-year-old children; all this, respecting safety”.
